How do I enroll in the Hope Academy?Welcome! We're glad you're here! To enroll in the Hope Academy Create an account by clicking on the "Log In" button on the top right. Complete the enrollment program here. We complete the parts of your enrollment required to access the full website in 3-5 business days (sometimes sooner). You'll receive an email from us when everything is ready! In the meantime, you can check out our blogs here.

Can I share my points with someone else? Can I use someone else's points?Yes! But there are a few things that you must know first. You can only share points with your child's parent. You cannot share points with your sister, cousin, mom, daughter, aunt, etc., unless they are your child's parent or legal guardian. The person you share points with must also be enrolled and eligible for the Hope Academy. You can share your points by completing the form, but that doesn't permit you to use someone else's. They must complete the same form permitting you, but it is not required; it is their choice. Remember that completing the form permits your co-parent to use all your points. You must notify the clinic if you no longer want to share your points. When you complete the form allowing someone else to use your points, they will receive an email notifying them. They can then choose to do the same for you.

Why aren't I getting any emails from Hope Academy?There could be a few reasons! First, check your spam folder! If you see Hope Academy emails there, be sure to mark them as not spam. Next, check your Hope Academy account. Make sure the email there is correct or update it if need it.

Why can't I log in to my account?There are several reasons you may not be able to log into your account. We recommend you check your email for any account updates! If you still don't know why, review the reasons below. Why does everything in the store cost money?Great question - it doesn't! Because of the way our website it set up, everything will show in the store as costing a dollar amount. However, we do not accept money for these items. Everything you see costs points. So if an item is listed at $5, it costs 5 points. You will never be asked to enter credit/debit card information or provide cash in exchange for products or services from the Hope Clinic - that includes the Hope Academy and Blessings Boutique.

Do I have to pick up my order in Beaumont, or can I pick it up at the Mobile Unit?You have many options for picking up your order. The Blessings Boutique does not offer delivery services, so you or someone you trust must pick up orders within one week of receiving the "Order Ready" email. Our Mobile clinic visits Port Arthur, Orange, Silsbee, and Crystal Beach weekly. If one of these locations is more convenient, you can select it during checkout. I lost my baby/pregnancy, what do I do now?To start, we are so sorry for your loss. No loss is easy. We are here for you, but the Hope Academy is not the best place for you to grieve and heal. Inform us of your loss with the button below so we can place a hold on your account. You will retain any points you've earned, but you will not be able to earn more or spend them. If you have another child under 1, you will still have access to your account and can earn and use points until that child turns 1 year old. Again, no loss is easy and we are here for you.

I am pregnant again. How do I stay enrolled?Congratulations! We'd love to have you continue your enrollment in the Hope Academy, but there are a few things to take care of before you can. Have you been to the Hope Clinic to confirm your new pregnancy? If not, call or text 409-898-4005 to schedule an appointment now! Complete the re-enrollment form found on your account page.
