How Do I Get a Crib?

To keep babies safe while they sleep, we can provide items such as cribs, mattresses, play yards, bassinets, and Moses baskets to clients enrolled in the Hope Academy. These items are limited in availability as they are based on donations from the community. Every product has been checked for recalls to ensure safety and proper function. We only offer brand-new cribs in the original packaging. You will never receive a used crib from the Hope Clinic. Any "Safe Sleep" product requires the completion of the Safe Sleep online program. You also must be in your third trimester to receive your "Safe Sleep" item. If you're not sure when you will enter your third trimester, use our trimester calculator here.
To get a Safe Sleep item:
Complete the Safe Sleep Program here.
Once the Safe Sleep program has been completed, you will receive an email with details about your eligibility.
If you are eligible, you will be provided a link to shop the Safe Sleep items. If you are not eligible yet, the email will state that you cannot shop for the items, but our system will let you know when you can, and that date will be provided as the expected date for your shopping email.
Make sure you have enough points and add more if needed, then click the link to shop for available items. (Click here to see what we have available, and how many points each item is worth)
Wait for an email from hopeacademy@hope-clinic.com with details about your order status and pick-up availability.
Reminders:
You must be in or past your 3rd trimester to shop and receive your safe sleep item.
You must complete the Safe Sleep online program.
Cribs are limited to 1 per family, regardless of how many pregnancies you have been seen by the clinic for. Every other item is limited to 1 per family per pregnancy with the Hope Clinic.
The Safe Sleep program and products are only available online. In-person requests cannot be fulfilled.
If you attempt to purchase safe sleep items for which you are not eligible, you will receive a notice stating that you cannot receive the item and why. If there is a problem or you believe that it is incorrect, please contact us.
You can only pick up your items once you receive an email notice that they are ready.
