In-Person Shopping

In-person shopping is back and we cannot wait to see you! Read below to learn what to expect or find answers to questions you may have about shopping in the Blessings Boutique.
Step 1:
First, make sure you book a spot to come and shop. This must be done in order to shop in the Blessings Boutique. Failure to do so will result in your being unable to shop.
Add the shopping time that works best for you to your cart and make sure to check out. You will notice that booking a shopping time costs you 5 points. We want to be courteous of your time and the time of other clients. These points are refunded upon your arrival for your scheduled shopping time.
Once you have completed checkout, you will receive an email AND a text confirming your shopping time. (If you do not receive a confirmation email or text, your appointment is not booked and you need to complete checkout, or call the Hope Clinic if you are having trouble.)
Step 2:
Second, arrive for your scheduled shopping time! Drive through the black gate and find a parking spot. (Please do not park in the online pick up spots 1 or 2.)
Note:
During the in-person shopping hours of 10 - 10:30 AM and 2 - 2:30 PM, online pickup will not be available, and you may be asked to wait until in-person shopping is complete.
If you arrive early, you will not be able to shop early and will be asked to wait in the hall area or in your vehicle. If you are late to your scheduled time or do not show up, you will not receive your 5-point refund. You will be allotted 30 minutes to shop from the start time of your scheduled booking, so use them wisely! If you arrive 15 minutes late, not only will you not get your 5 points back, but you will also only have 15 minutes left to shop.
While shopping, grab what you need, what catches your eye, and what you want, but remember item limits still apply. If you need a refresher on how many items you can get, review our blog post about Boutique Limits
Step 3:
Third, check out with our Blessings Boutique staff! Once you have picked all the items you need, head to the checkout counter. Here you can also let our staff know if you need diapers, wipes, or formula, and they will gladly get those items for you.
You will be asked how you'd like your receipt (email, text, or printed), and you will have access to view it in your Hope Academy account.
Some friendly reminders:
You only have your scheduled 30 minutes to shop
Any items purchased with the boutique are subject to their weekly limit
You may bring your children, but they must stay with you the entire shopping time
You may not bring any adult guests with you to shop (even the father or mother of your baby, they need to book their own appointment)
If you are expecting to use your partner's points, please complete the Joint Use of Points form.
Showing up on time guarantees your 5 points back
