Point Sharing

To get the most use of your points, you may want to share points with your child's parent. But how do you do this?

First, there are a few things you need to know:
You can only share points with your child's parent. You cannot share points with your sister, cousin, mom, daughter, etc., unless they are your child's parent or legal guardian.
The person you share points with must also be eligible and enrolled in Hope Academy. This means that the child's parent/legal guardian has come to the Hope Clinic for an assessment for the current pregnancy/child.
Most importantly, by completing the form, you are giving the child's parent permission to use your points. Completing the form does not permit you to use their points.
Once the form is submitted, the child's co-parent/legal guardian will receive an email notifying them that they now have access to use your points. They can then choose to do the same for you. However, completing the form is their choice and is not required. If you wish to stop sharing points, you must notify the clinic.
Use the button below or log in to your account and use the drop-down menu by your name to find the tab labeled "Joint Use of Points" to complete the form.
